Former Brazil President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's lead is growing in the polls for October's presidential election. However, the leftist leader cannot even run in the election as he is incarcerated for corruption. The latest figures show Lula leads with 39 percent compared to 30 percent just last month. He has more than double his nearest challenger. The 72-year-old leader of the Workers' Party served two presidential terms from 2003 to 2010. If court proceedings go in his favor, he may be on path for a third presidential term.
