Police in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, received a phone call at 2 a.m. on Sunday (local time), which reported the sighting of a monster like animal.
The report said in a urgent voice, ``A monster has appeared in the neighborhood."
Police rushed to the scene with a rifle, but upon arrival, officers saw that the mysterious creature was an endangered species described as a fox looking mammal with long legs, yellow fur overall, and with a black mouth. The tail however, was covered in silver fur.
