The National Assembly is opening its second regular parliamentary session since President Moon Jae-in's inauguration. During the 100-day period, the president and the ruling party will push ahead its reform measures. President Moon says the country is at a time of a "grand shift" to move away from corruption and towards fairness and justice. However the conservative opposition party has labeled the president's measures as failures and have called for the abolition of income-led growth policies.
