Monster mosquitos are invading North Carolina following Hurricane Florence. Large swarms of aggressive mosquitos are terrorizing residents as they try to get their lives back to normal. The mosquitos are four times the size of typical mosquitos and can even bite through jeans and other thick fabrics. Commonly known as gallinippers, the pests have always been there, but in pretty low numbers. But after the recent flooding, the population has ballooned.
